Energetic exercise mentioned in episode:
On a page, put a line down the middle. On one side write out your ideal day in detail, (eg 7am wake up, 8am breakfast with partner, 9am client work etc).
In second column, write out the energetic frequency you desire to feel during each task... NOT the feeling, but the energetic frequency.. eg, freedom, wealth, connection, purpose, health, adventure, abundance, leisure etc etc.
Compare that with how you currently run your days and adjust your energy accordingly.
