Ahhh, it feels so good to be back! Over the past few months since I was last here, a lot has changed in my life and for my little family. In this week's episode I dive into exactly what that has been, and how I’ve been navigating a bumpy time in my life.

While it has been filled with so much beautiful growth, expansion and upleveling both individually and as a family, it’s also been filled with a lot of challenges. 
I’ve come to learn that these two tend to go hand in hand!

From moving house, to starting a new business, health and conception, this is a really 
meaty
