Lino goes on a heated rant about the hypocrisy and double standards he sees on MMA Twitter and The UFC and why virtue signaling doesn't mean you're a good person. We also answer fan questions, like whether or not Conor McGregor wasted his prime becoming fifty rich and famous, where in the world we'd live and train MMA for 6 months if given an all expensed paid trip and as always end with our Post Fight Song of the Week.
