This week’s episode is different.

We’re officially in closing week on the biggest project of my real estate journey — but instead of breaking down numbers or giving a huge update, I wanted to slow down and sit in some gratitude.

Thank you to everyone who has followed this flip for over a year… through the delays, the wins, the losses, the messy updates, and every moment of doubt and growth in between.

Thank you for the DMs, encouragement, jokes, memes, accountability, and for simply showing up each week to listen.

This community has kept me going more than you know.

Next week — if everything goes smoothly — we close this chapter for real, and I’ll share the big number you’ve all been waiting for.

But today is for reflection, gratitude, and appreciating how far this journey has come.
