Bob is a substitute teacher in the Brevard County school system. He started Crossfit in February, 2018 in Pennsylvania. He moved to Cape Canaveral in April, 2019 to be closer to his family. He has been a member at Crossfit Inclusion since then. He recently published a book on Amazon entitled, “Fitness for Seniors - Lessons from Noni and Crossfit.”
