#40sfd second interview with Brenton Pirihi.  Brenton is my wife's cousin and I have known him close to 20 years.  He has a fascinating year where he had made a decision to concentrate on his  health and fitness.  His journey had some challenges with a Covid lockdown in New Zealand and a breakdown in his relationship.
