Hello and welcome to Episode 7 in our series, "In the Heart of God." Today, we take a slight departure to discuss what is known as Lent. The Lenten Season generally occurs 40 to 45 days before Resurrection Sunday or Easter. It is a time of personal sacrifice to commemorate how Jesus prayed and fasted 40 days and nights in the desert after He was filled with the Holy Spirit.
