Ayahuasca is a psychoactive brew made from the Banisteriopsis caapi vine and plants containing the chemical dimethyltryptamine (DMT), traditionally used by Indigenous peoples in the Amazon. It is known for its potent hallucinogenic effects and is used in spiritual and shamanic rituals, but is also illegal in many places due to the presence of DMT. These and similar drugs have been used for thousands of years to aid spiritual practices and for recreation. Today Psychedelics have hit the mainstream with millions of users around the world.
Does taking DMT or other similar drugs really propel your consciousness into other dimensions? Is it possible that you are really meeting highly evolved and ancient entities such as Spirit Guides, Angels and Demons, or even Jesus and God when taking these drugs?
