Over my 10 years in the industry, I have some stories to tell. But three in particular stand out to me. So today listen to (my entirely fictional) horror stories, from the time I *think* I was almost abducted, to the time I almost died on set, to the bridal party with the allergic reaction. Each one has taught me some serious lessons including:

- How to operate a safer business

- How to use my voice as an expert

- To always carry nail polish and remover!

- To stick up for myself and prioritise my wellbeing

- To stick to my boundaries and contract on wedding mornings.
