We’re so glad to be back after an unexpected break! Life’s been a bit of a whirlwind lately. In this episode, I open up about the unexpected break from the podcast and share what's been happening in my life–from our latest move with the Coast Guard from Florida to Virginia to navigating postpartum anxiety, dealing with my daughter’s food sensitivities, and adjusting to life as a family of five.
I’ve found myself feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, and often angry at the systems in place (or lack thereof) that fail to provide enough support for mothers and families. I open up about how that anger affected my patience and interactions with my family, and how I’m working through it all.
This episode is about honesty, vulnerability, and recognizing the need for more support in the spaces we live and work in, especially as women and moms. Thanks for joining me on this personal journey!
