Money in the Bank is usually one of my favorite PPV. You get a look at where WWE is going for the next 3 months. Not anymore. They gave it to Otis without having a storyline for him. Then Vince was convinced to take it away. They can't do that again. Do they have any surprises coming out? Goldberg maybe?
