Last week, on the 14th, I threw in the towel.
.
.
.
I achieved burnout. Since moving and diving back into the business full-time, I have not stopped. Each day I wondered if I was making progress. There was doubt, confusion, overthinking, and more. I couldn't see the progress I was making, I was too involved in my projects to actually see my accomplishments and celebrate my small wins.
I finally got this opportunity, but the hard way. I stopped the clock at 5pm, 11 hours done that day. I took a moment to step back, breathe, schedule a week of personal time...and to look back at my planner and notes...and I was shocked to see where I came from and how much I have done. It was humbling.
