For this week’s episode we watched the 2017 indie film, Lucky starring Harry Dean Stanton. Throughout the movie Lucky is coming to terms with his mortality and decisions over the years, which sparked some deep thoughts on our own mortality. We learn that getting to make declarations about life is a perk of getting old. Set in a small southwestern town, we met many a character in this movie including a tortoise named President Roosevelt.
