EPS003. On January 8th, 2023, China finally lifted all the restrictions on the Covid, and that marks an 'end' of the pandemic here in China. Today is the Chinese New Year's eve, the last day of 2022 in the Chinese lunar calendar, and the year 2022 is really coming to an end. On this occasion, I hope we can enter the new year with all the bad memories about the Covid erased, and have a wonderful 2023.
In this episode, I shared my personal feelings about the policies China has implemented in the past three years, and I talked with my friend Stern who left China during the pandemic in 2021. Was she nervous before leaving China in 2021? Did she wear a mask when she arrived in Austria? Does her attitude toward the Covid change after she started living in Austria?
