In this episode we look at both sides of venture investing - that of equity positions and lending to fledgling companies - with two noted practitioners in the space.  One uses big data techniques to discern amongst SaaS, or software as a service, and other technology borrowers, and the other makes investments into companies that can benefit from the lower operating costs of being based in Toronto and also take advantage of the exit metrics of Silicon Valley.  Both will comment on the move to online given the COVID-19 crisis.
