Home prices in suburban areas have surged in the past year as the pandemic has families fleeing densely populated cities for more rural areas. Nearly forty percent of houses being sold are bought for more than the seller asked for as possible homeowners outbid each other. FOX's Trey Yingst speaks with FOX's Grady Trimble about this trend and whether or not it continues.
