The NYPD's quality of life enforcement teams are expanding to Brooklyn after launching in the Bronx and Manhattan last month. Plus, New York City is moving forward with a plan to build new affordable and market-rate housing at the Elliott-Chelsea Houses but not before vacating its senior residents. Meanwhile, Gov. Hochul is promising to protect cannabis dispensary owners who are facing relocation after state officials already approved their licenses and locations.
