This week I’m joined by evolutionary biologist Heather Heying, and biologist Bret Weinstein to discuss their new book A Hunter-Gatherer's Guide to the 21st Century: Evolution and the Challenges of Modern Life. In this episode we discuss how the rapid acceleration of change in the modern world is proving difficult for us as humans to adapt to. What elements of these changes are challenging and why? What should we be doing to make sure we are able to live happily in the society we are creating?
