Ex-Police Officer Charged With Murder In Death of George Floyd

A complaint says that Chauvin, an ex-police officer in Minneapolis, kneeled on Floyd's neck for almost nine minutes, including three minutes after he became unresponsive. George Floyd preliminary autopsy says that "no physical findings that support a diagnosis of traumatic asphyxia or  strangulation. Chauvin has been charged with third degree murder and manslaughter. The FBI is asking the public for photos or videos surrounding the death of George Floyd. 

A CNN correspondent and crew were wrongfully arrested covering riots sparked by George Floyd's death. Minneapolis has imposed an 8 p.m. curfew through the weekend.

Don Lemon interviews Former Vice President Joe Biden about the death of George Floyd. Biden says that the arrest of the ex-officer in the death of George Floyd is justified. He also said that protesters have a right to be angry and frustrated. Biden said that Trump is being thoroughly, totally irresponsible and wrong with his reaction toward the death of George Floyd and the protests that have begun as an aftermath. Biden says that the American people are outraged by this and that the systemic racism in this country needs to be dealt with. Trump says that he's spoken to George Floyd's family members.
