A little change to the schedule, this will be a look into how I use exercise as a tool to cope in small ways with Depression and Body Image Issues. The warning signs I have to look out for with a history of Eating Disorders and Disordered Eating and what going to the gym regularly has done for me in small, unexpected ways.
