Things I want my kids to know

Expressing and holding boundaries

Listen Later

Expressing and holding boundaries can be tricky sometimes. That might be because you don't feel like you have the right words to use, it might be because you are uncomfortable with conflict or don't know what to do if someone pushes back, or it might even be that ultimately, you don't know what you really want or perhaps don't feel like you have the right to ask for it or to have it. Either way, I hope there's something in here for you.
