Signature Cocktail: The Chalant While it might not get you plastered, a few sips of this, and it’s "Hello, Megan!". 2oz freshly brewed black tea 3/4oz lemon juice 1/2oz grenadine 1/4oz simple syrup 1 egg white Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice, shake vigourously, add ice and shake again.
