Our winner this month was Gina Melasecca with her story about growing up in Louisiana, a time she wished she could fast forward through; however, looking back she now sees that this formative period in her life led her to become the person she is today.

Gina’s story won her the prized pint glass and spot in the Lancaster Story Slam Grand Slam which will take place in November. Congratulations, Gina!

Our final story for this month’s podcast is from one of our regular storytellers, Randy Schulz. In honor of the upcoming Father’s Day, Randy recounted a valuable lesson his father once taught him which he has now proudly passed on to his own children.
