I felt a moment of fear tonight and knew that was why I needed to just get started.

The build-up, anticipation, or the unknown nature of things can play major tricks on your mind. If you let them run wild, they will stop you in your tracks.

Fear is inevitable. You will feel it at some point. The question is, are you going to allow it to prevent you from trying? Or will you push through anyway?

I have found that recognizing the feeling and accepting it has helped me continue moving through, even if it is scary. As the saying goes, fortune favors the brave, and you can't be brave if you don't feel fear!
