Woman’s Hour has joined forces with BBC Radio Sheffield for a special series of programmes looking at how women are feeding their babies and how it makes them feel. Today Jane talks to their Weekend Breakfast presenter Kat Cowan who’s recently returned to work after maternity leave, following the birth of her son Cooper. Plus hearing from other mums around the country about what they went through whether they breast, bottle or mixed fed their babies. We speak to author Raynor Winn, who lost her home and her livelihood just as she found out her husband was terminally ill. The couple’s response was to start walking the 630-mile South West Path. BBC Three’s latest programme ‘Eating With My Ex’ brings together two young people who have broken up to discuss what went wrong in their relationship and why. Is there something to be learned from meeting up and speaking to an ex-partner? And what should you be thinking about before having this conversation? Jo Hemmings is a behavioural and relationships psychologist. Oloni is a sex and relationships blogger. Presenter: Jane Garvey
