While Delaney and I are trained professionals in fields like Social Work, Behavioral Intervention, and Relationship Coaching, we still didn't "have the answer" to avoiding postpartum mood disorders.

The shame we both carried from not immediately loving motherhood helped move us in our current direction; one of seeking and supporting other mothers who feel forgotten and lacking. 🧡

Delaney is a trained social worker, passionate about supporting moms through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and beyond. She loves facilitating women's circles and holding space for women to reflect on their journey, grow from their experiences, and harness their power. Delaney lives in Chicago with her 2-year-old son and 13-year-old rescue cat. She loves coffee, late night porch chats, and a good true crime podcast while power walking.
