Philippians 4:1 Therefore, my brothers and sisters, you whom I love and long for, my joy and crown, stand firm in the Lord in this way, dear friends!
We are in-between series, and we're taking a little break from Ephesians to discuss how to find contentment in the Lord!
Philippians 4 is a very famous portion of Scripture that deals with finding security in Jesus, and Paul wrote this letter from prison dealing with all kinds of insecurities! As he wraps up this letter, he is admonishing the Philippian church to find their peace in Christ and not in their circumstances.
We'll spend some time looking at the four themes of the Gospel: Love, Joy, Peace, and Hope, and we'll look at how we are all called to abide in the Lord to find our contentment.
