Es: Alondra caminaba despacio por la acera del vecindario.
En: Alondra walked slowly along the neighborhood sidewalk.

Es: Sus manos temblaban un poco por el frío del invierno.
En: Her hands trembled a little from the winter cold.

Es: La primera semana de clases siempre le ponía nerviosa.
En: The first week of school always made her nervous.

Es: En ese moderno barrio cerrado de Buenos Aires, todas las casas parecían iguales.
En: In that modern gated community in Buenos Aires, all the houses looked the same.

Es: Jardines perfectamente cuidados, rejas elegantes.
En: Perfectly manicured gardens, elegant gates.

Es: El colegio estaba en el centro de la comunidad, un edificio grande y moderno.
En: The school was at the center of the community, a large and modern building.

Es: Ignacio era nuevo en el barrio.
En: Ignacio was new to the neighborhood.

En: Everyone started laughing.

En: His face turned red.

Es: Alondra, sintiendo una especie de conexión con la situación de Ignacio, se levantó y lo ayudó a levantarse.
En: Alondra, feeling a sort of connection with Ignacio's situation, stood up and helped him to his feet.
