We're Jade and Amal, young female entrepreneurs who started our business 3 years ago on a quest to change the way the world views nutrition. Together we've lost over 50kgs and have become the leaders in body transformations known as the experts in our field. In the interim we have built a successful business and want to share all things nutrition, business and lifestyle with like minded listeners.
