Welcome to The Fit Vegan Podcast, I’m your host, Luckie Sigouin! Today, I welcome Gordon Heron to talk about his incredible transformation after joining The Fit Vegan Blueprint, his fears when joining, the most surprising lessons learned, and his experience.

Gordon Heron is a self-described addict of health and wellness. After joining The 21-Day Challenge, and enjoying it, he sought out more intense challenges that could keep him on his feet. He happened to win Luckie’s birthday giveaway last June and got to join The Fit Vegan Blueprint program full time. In just 4 months, Gordan has lost 26 pounds and has reduced 5.2% of his body fat going from 16% to 10.8% all while thriving and not feeling restricted on his meal plan, keeping up with his busy life of work, and being a dad. His goal is to get lean and build himself back, much stronger through a healthy vegan diet and exercise.

So actually, it's not going to be so much of a problem if you don't work quite as hard the next time.
