Active weather moves through Texas tonight with multiple warnings in effect. The National Weather Service has issued Flash Flood Warnings for portions of the Gulf Coast and Severe Thunderstorm Warnings stretching into West Texas. Heavy rain from these storms is already causing street flooding in several communities.
