As 2019 is nearing its close, it's easy to look back over all the things we "didn't" get to, or "didn't" accomplish. What I've realized over the last 12 months is that so many of us live from a place of constant doing, and still somehow we feel like we didn't get it all done.

In this week's Focus Friday, I am inviting you to look closer at the dream that's in your heart, and focus in on what it's actually asking you to do, and most importantly, how it's asking you to be.
