Tim welcomes to the program today Jim Daly, President of Focus on the Family, and Jake Hoot, the winner of season 17 of The Voice. 

Jim discusses his role in the ministry and the several different programs Focus on the Family provides for the community. Jim also reminisces on his tough childhood and what brought him to Focus on the Family and Jesus Christ. He discusses his journey in marriage, parenthood, and worship.

Jake joins Tim later in the show to discuss his victory in the competition series, The Voice, and what led him to music. He discusses his parents' missionary in the Dominican Republic for eleven years, and the impact that had on him and his relationship with the church. 

Tim also has several giveaways throughout the show.
