In a recent conversation with a friend, we discussed the idea of dealing with frustrations at work or in personal life, and how it can be so empowering to set our minds to make an interaction into a productive, positive one. The concept seemed simple in the discussion, but I have so far found it to be useful in practice, and wanted to share the thoughts with you.
