Rich Ferraro is joined by Baz, Steven Toplis, The Maradona Of The Midlands and Tom Newton to discuss the rollercoaster of emotions during and after the semi-finals against Sheffield United, and whether we have "pre-traumatic stress disorder" (c. Nick Miller, 2022). Naturally, we discuss the importance of belief and PMA (positive mental attitude).

We are joined by guests including Hal from The Sheffield United Way to reflect upon the semi-final, and the aftermatch shenanigans; and Brady from And He Takes That Chance to get the lowdown on what Forest should expect from The Terriers at Wembley.
