You can call former Navy SEAL Ray Care many things, but you can't call him a quitter. Ray "Cash" Care learned from a young age that life isn't fair, and pain is powerful. After years of being dominated by the constant pain in his life, Ray figured out how to harness that power to propel him into a life packed with fulfillment.
First as a Navy SEAL and now as a fitness expert, speaker, team-builder and personal development leader, Ray teaches individuals, audiences, and corporations how to embrace the power of pain for a self-directed purpose.
Ray's been featured on The History Channel, the Discovery Channel, and BBC, as well as appearing in the Hollywood blockbuster, Captain Phillips.
In this episode, Ray gets real about the difference between quitting and overcoming challenges. He shares stories of working with his good friend and fellow former SEAL Jason Redman, as well as his mentor and colleague Bedros Keuilian, and why his friend Tom Hanks calls him "the worst actor he's ever met."
It's a wild ride in this episode, so if you're a sensitive soul you might want to sit this one out.
