Students in the San Diego Unified School District are expected to transition to a hybrid model of in-person and remote learning starting April. 12th.

Darrell Issa (R-CA), whose district is in San Diego, joined the Fox News Rundown earlier this week to weigh in on this and why he thinks it's a double standard that teachers are being asked to offer safe in-person instruction to unaccompanied minors but it's not safe enough for U.S. students to return to the classroom full-time.
