It's one of the final shows of 2022 and we're ready to look back at lightweight contender Frank Martin's victory Saturday night in Vegas over fellow unbeaten contender Michel Rivera in the PBC/Showtime main event. It's part of our "Fight Freaks Unite Recap" podcast.

Host T.J. Rives is back with Dan Rafael, insider for BigFightWeekend.com, to talk the Martin decisive decision to solidify him at 135 lb. And, Dan has insight on what it might lead to for "The Ghost" in 2023.

Dan also recaps the two undercard fights on the PBC show from Vegas and what could be next for the winners of the two bouts.

Also, on the Showtime broadcast unified welterweight champ Errol Spence gave an interview that comes after his latest traffic accident. This time Spence was the victim in a high speed crash in the Dallas area last weekend that involved a 14 year old driving and speeding illegally hitting his car.

Spence says it will delay him fighting again by at least a couple months into next April/May or later. It's still believed that he'll fight former WBA world welterweight champ Keith Thurman in that next bout.

Dan has also been in touch with lightweight star Ryan Garcia, who says he now won't fight a tune-up bout before meeting Gervonta Davis, hopefully in April/May of 2023. Garcia's promoter Oscar De La Hoya is not pleased that their proposed bout for Garcia on DAZN won't be happening. Dan and T.J. discuss it all.
