Shuntella Richardson spent 24 years working her way up in the IT field. She left that field as CEO of a prestigious company to launch her own company in a completely different field, and has grown that company to its own level of success. 

She's also the Regional Director of the Global Woman Club in Chicago and an advocate for children's safety.

Shuntella is living her own version of the American Dream, full of purpose and success - but it hasn't always been that way.
