On day two of the 2021 MLB Draft, the Mets made their selections from rounds two through ten. In round two, they selected Calvin Ziegler, a right-handed pitcher from the TNXL Academy. In round three, they selected Dominic Hamel, a right-handed pitcher from Dallas Baptist University. In round four, they selected JT Schwartz, a first baseman from UCLA. In round five, they selected Christian Scott, a right-handed pitcher from the University of Florida. In round six, they selected Carson Seymour, a right-handed pitcher from Kansas State University. In round seven, they selected Kevin Kendall, a shortstop from UCLA. In round eight, they selected Mike Vasil, a right-handed pitcher from the University of Virginia. In round nine, they selected Levi David, a right-handed pitcher from Northwestern State University. In round ten, they selected Keyshawn Askew, a left-handed pitcher from Clemson University.
