On this episode, I bring on Roberto Carabetta; a real estate investor, senior living operator, private money lender, and financial literacy advocate based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale area. After buying his first property at 20 while working as a financial advisor, Roberto built experience in finance, construction, and real estate operations. He later launched and scaled a general contracting firm to over $2 million in annual revenue before moving into commercial real estate full-time. In his first 18 months, he acquired over 500 units and built a $25 million real estate portfolio across multiple U.S. markets, with a current focus on senior living facilities and multifamily real estate. He is also involved in hard money lending and is passionate about teaching financial literacy to the next generation.
