Welcome to the Grounded Sleep Podcast. I'll be your guide and I'm here to help you have a really deep relaxed night of sleep. You can be grateful that you have access to both of these worlds when we go to sleep we let go of the outer world and we go into our inner world so we can reach heart. Tonight's meditation is about having gratitude as we go to sleep. This guided gratitude sleep meditation will allow you to fall asleep with gratitude each night. You don't have to do anything except get into bed, close your eyes, and allow me to guide you into a deep, peaceful rest.

Enjoy letting go of the day, quieting all the mental noise, and going back to that primordial place of stillness that is calling you back.
