Roberto Chavez is now a retired real estate lawyer and a full-time land investor who is a part of the Land Geek community. He has actively invested in real estate and raw land for almost three years and has completed over 100 real estate transactions in that time. Today, the Land Geeks will celebrate with him as he shares news of his retirement from his law profession and his journey into the world of buying and selling raw land as an investment.

Roberto Chavez: This book really helped me make more sales and be able to talk to people more, because that's the skill that I didn't really have, the tip is Never Split the Difference by Christopher Voss and Tahl Raz. It's really good, and I think anybody who's in the land business should read it. It will help them improve their negotiation skills, and buying or selling land.
