Property developer Paul Zanetti joined Bill McDonald to discuss his claim that the Queensland government has decided not to change regulations that he described as a "tax on homelessness."

Zanetti argued the LNP's inaction will make it harder to provide affordable housing, as the state planning department plans to revert to old rules that give councils the power to reject rooming house applications.
