Alesha Lynoff is an inventor, bio-architect, and permaculturist. He and his wife Zoya not only teach how to live on the land but also help people to resolve inner emotional states and traumas that often sabotage people's best intentions and desires. Listen to Part 2 of David Mitsak's talk about his fun project originally called Mud Fun Musical Mud Stomps which he now calls Muddyfestos. These unique events combine community building, music, performance, food, play, dance, and making mud bricks that can be used to build a structure. Can we build beautiful earthen structures, connect with the Earth and each other, and have fun along the way? Maybe we can learn from our ancestors and use Muddyfestos as a tool to come back to what we lost and to rebuild our future?

This is an excerpt from a conversation with my friend Kim Robertson, reflecting on how the massive purge of negative energy previously held in our collective psyche is showing up in our personal lives, affecting our physical, emotional, and mental states.
