This, Jan believes is one of the critical roles of the leader to create a safe environment for people to create, and being permitted to fail while ultimately evolving by creating great products that solve problems and deliver value for all stakeholders. Jan also explains why trying to be future-proof is missing the point, and why being future excited is just so much more inspiring and motivating!
