Currently Global Head of Business Management (COO) at SIX Financial Information, Beate is a seasoned C-Level executive in the financial services & data space, focused primarily on driving long-term business strategy and high impact transformation for companies. She also spent 15 years at UBS where her last role was Head Strategic Programs. 

In addition to her role at SIX, Beate leads the European Chapter of Women Data Professionals and the global EDMC (Enterprise Data Management Council) ESG Regulatory Group.

In this podcast she talks about new versions of capitalism and the circular economy, about mentoring and supporting the younger generation of professionals and her passion for helping women to believe in their leadership potential.
