What's The Three Percent Podcast about?
Welcome to Three Percent, a personal podcast I started in December of 2020 - following my successful application to be a Head of School at a new build free school opening up in Manchester city centre. I plan to use this podcast to share my thoughts on a wide range of topics that I have found interesting during my time in education. Some tie in directly to my teaching experience; leadership, science education, quality systems, teaching & learning. Whilst others are more personal interests; sports and property investment.
