The in-filling of Holy Spirit, second work of grace or Baptism of the Holy Spirit, whatever you want to call it, is for us today. Not everyone agrees and that is ok. It is not a prerequisite for salvation. The baptism of the Holy Spirit allows the power of God to fill us so that He can empower us to fulfill our purpose for the Kingdom. Remember the promise given to us was that we would receive power.
