This is a 100% Complete brand new merging of the only two known sources, both from Arizona oddly enough. David is making his 3rd known appearance on CLL, he previously was on CLL #348 from January 1997 with Minnie Driver, he then returned on CLL #572 from December 1997. He has only 2 more appearances on the show and a surprise cameo coming up in 1999 that I won’t spoil. He also has two appearances on MTV Loveline, they aired on January 17th 1997 and December 8th 1997, mirroring his radio show appearances on Loveline from the same year.
